3D view is cut when I try to zoom in

The 3D view is cut when I try to zoom in to a large model. Is there any way to solve it?

This happens when there are 3D elements very far away from the main model. This is usually a origin reference point or line that came in from the model authoring software.
Remove that object and the problem is solved.
You can locate/remove the object by using the view cube to zoom to extents and box select around the model. You can also select the model and use inverse select, or you can find it from the 3D objects tree.

Thank you for your answer but the problem is that I need to see the geometry complete. I've a big topography and I need to show it completely. It's there any solution or change I can make?

I am having the same problem. I got my models in, but when i try to rotate, the model disappers. If you experience this in like Navisworks you can change the view settings so it dosent clip. Cant seem to find that in Synchro

This can occur if you import models with very large bounding box dimensions. Can you check to see if you have some elements located way off in space somewhere? If so, you can delete these and this should help with the front clipping issue. If you Zoom all, and see nothing, this is an indication of some geometry causing the bounding box to be huge.  There is no magic setting to stop this clipping from happening.  If you need additional help, you can email the model to support@synchroltd.com for investigation.
