Please check that the model is loaded from the 3D objects tab on the left. The check boxes next to the model have to be checked.
If the model is loaded and you are still having this issue, then it may be due to objects that are so far away from the model causing camera clipping issues (reference points, equipment from a different coordinate system, etc.).
To fix this please either remove these models from the source file, or move them closer to the bulk of the model in Synchro.

I had the same problem a while ago, i managed to fix it by changing the 3D Subdivsion parameters (Used Toolkit, Traingulation Type or Try sewing to solid)

I have the same issue now and I have tried fixing it by making sure that the  check boxes next to the model is checked. and also have tried changing the 'used toolkit'. but my model still isn't showing.

Can I please get some help.

    Thank you

    Hi Hadar,

Please email support@synchroltd.com with a full description of the issue and the SP file if possible.

I fix this problem by "unhide everything" don't know why but when I import 3d objects I cannot see them until I unhide all hidden objects...
