Regarding FBX export

When the FBX file format is exported how are the UV's managed, are they exported on a Secondary UV set ? 

I currently have a FBX  file that has been exported from synchro ,which I'm working on in unity, and it seems the The UVs have not been created which means i cant apply a textured material.


I have  solved the issue currently using Triplan  code method to texture the Fbx using world coordinates,  but this wont work for me when applying growth to the animation.

    It has been driving me crazy testing why this doesn't work,  so  just created the UVs in code and added as a list of things my plugin needs to do on import.

    its not a elegant solution, and will cause issues with the light mapping for baked lights.
