Coloring of progressed tasks

When updating progress on a 1 day duration task - we click started and the task changes its colour say for eg. Blue and the data date was its start date started on time.  However, if data date changes from 14.02 to 17.02 and tasks was supposed to have finished on 14.02 but does finish until 17.02, we update the progress but the blue colour keeps travelling with the Data date line.  I noticed for all the late task data markers, could you please explain why or I have done something wrong. Please see below screen shot

The Actual Duration for Started tasks is automatically calculated as Data Date - Actual Start and that is what you see in blue on the Gantt bar. For Tasks in Started Status this will always fill up to the Data Date. If you update the remaining duration and reschedule you will see the remaining duration in green after the Data Date. When you change the Status to Finished the Actual Start and Finish dates will be used to calculate the Actual Duration and draw the Gantt bar

    Hello Kate,

I am learning how to add Graphics or objects or Text Frames into the Synchro Animation Videos, could you please provide a training guide where I could learn similar to the one you provided for Synchro Schedule please.

See section 21.4 of the attached training PDF for the absolute basics

Here's a webinar on creating videos:

Here are a few videos specifically geared toward creating printed reports, but you will also learn about adding objects to the videos and can export as a video instead of a report:

    Hi Kate,

Thank you very much for sending the training pdf and the links.  While reading the training pdf I noticed there is a Synchro Pro Training Models from your Tutorial Files is it possible to get these models for training purpose.  I came across one however there may be others as I have not finished ready the entire pdf.

See attached what line item I am talking from the Training PDF highlighted in yellow.

    With kind regards

All of the training files are installed on your computer by default when you install Synchro. Check your computer in the Public Documents folder referenced in the training PDF (that you highlighted yellow). If they are not there, you can go to Programs in Windows and Modify the installation to include the "Tutorials and Examples"
