P6 SYNCHRONISE FROM

I HAVE THIS MSG WHEN IM TRYING TO SYNCHRONISE FROM P6

    This is likely related to a known Microsoft libraries issue and the hotfix has been implemented in Synchro code already.
    Just update your version of Synchro Pro / restart your computer and everything should be back to normal.

    Support tab > Check Web for newer Synchro version...

    I had the same problem today and the file worked in my colleague computer. The reason might be of windows update?!

    WHEN IM PRESSING YES THERE IS NOTHING HAPPEN OR THERE IS NO DOWNLOADS IN PROGRESS 

    PLEASE NOTE THAT I DONT HAVE SUPPORT TAB I GOT IT FROM HELP DROP DOWN MENUE
