    You can import multiple Microsoft Project schedules but the links between projects will not be imported. Unfortunately, supporting interlinked Microsoft Project schedules is not possible because the exported XML does not include enough information to create the links in Synchro

    Hi Synchro Team, thank for your reply. After posting this question I found a solution that I'd like to share here so others can benefit from/comment on it:

    1. ***Save As first (otherwise will affect the original master file and individual subprojects)
    2. Double click on the subproject “file icon” in each specific task;
    3. Go to advanced tab and un-check the box “link to project”;
    4. Hit Ok: a message will display if you want to save changes to the individual original files, press NO (otherwise will affect the individual subprojects);
    5. Repeat steps 2-4 for all subproject files;
    6. Save your new master file and save it as XML;
    7. Import the XML file to Synchro the first time;
    8. When syncing a new version of the master schedule, repeat steps 1-6 and use “Synchronize” option when “synchronizing from” the XML file in Synchro.

    I hope this is helpful.
