When i am trying to reload my schedule from ASTA i get an error i have never seen before. See the file below for the error.

    Sometimes this happens if the connection to Asta wasn't closed properly by Sycnhro - eg. if the Synchro crashed or you canceled the last import attempt. Please try restarting your computer. That usually fixes it.

    I've had the same problem which has only happened since updating, there aren't any icons which show that ASTA is open nor had it been opened that day so restarting doesn't help.


    It seems that when Synchro is importing the ASTA file it opens the program in the background but is getting stuck, if you go to task manager and close the program then go back into synchro and say retry it will all work.

    I have the same problem. Thanks for sharing your answer, Sarah, but I see your solution as something temporary. I think this should be fixed
